The newly renovated Ephrata Playhouse in the Park is available for rental to the community during non-performance periods. The auditorium seats 300 people. Folding chairs are available for additional seating.

- $575.00 per day (Sunday-Thursday) for Profit/Personal Rentals (Includes one technician/staff for five hours)
- $500.00 per day (Sunday-Thursday) for Non-profit Rentals (Includes one technician/staff for five hours)
- $675.00 per day (Friday and Saturday) for Profit/Personal Rentals (Includes one technician/staff for five hours)
- $600.00 per day (Friday and Saturday) for Non-profit Rentals (Includes one technician/staff for five hours)
- $25.00 per hour for additional technician hours
- $50.00 Front of House Manager - required for public performances (four hours)
- $10 per hour for additional Front of House Manager hours
- $100 Box office staff the night of the event (four hours - includes pre-sales)
- $30.00 per hour for artistic and design consultation (Set design, Lighting Design, etc.)
- $50.00 per day for use of Kitchen (five hours)
- $100.00 per day for use of Conference Room (five hours)
- $200.00 per day per room for use of Rehearsal Rooms (five hours)
- $50 flat fee to sell tickets over the internet via the EPAC website (optional)
