The Diary of Anne Frank

This classic, true story comes to life on the EPAC stage. When the Frank family goes into hiding to escape the Nazi persecution of Jews in 1940s Amsterdam, young Anne records the laughter, grief, hopes and fears of their two-year confinement. In this powerful new adaptation, Anne Frank emerges from history an intensely gifted young girl who confronts her rapidly changing life and the increasing horror of her time with astonishing honesty, wit and determination. School House Rock Live Jr

A pop-culture phenomenon comes to the musical stage! The Emmy-winning 1970s Saturday morning cartoon series that taught history, grammar, math, science and politics is now the basis for one of the most enjoyabl and energetic musicals ever to hit the stage. With its clever, tuneful songs, School House Rock Live Jr. instructs a new generation to “Unpack Your Adjectives” and “Do the Circulation” and simultaneously brings back memories of Saturday mornings to parents everywhere. EPAC’s School House Rock Live Jr , will be a “theater for kids by kids” production. All performers will be young school age teens and/or pre-teens. Sponsored by Green Mountain Cyclery.

Story Theatre

Improvisation artist Paul Sills reinvented theatrical storytelling with this group of famous tales. With its fresh, fun and inventive way of telling classic tales, Story Theatre started in New Haven and went on to become a Broadway hit. Here you will again meet Henny Penny, the Golden Goose, Venus and the Cat, The Fisherman and His Wife, The Robber Bridegroom, The Bremen Town Musicians, and other favorites.
